This Summer Maidstone Town Centre will be bringing you a Free Family Summer of Fun!

Businesses and organisations across town are coming together to create a wonderful storytelling book-themed summer, that will keep all the family busy, and reading, during the Summer holidays.

From THE BIG BOOK HUNT, to theatre workshops, to storytelling characters and crafts, it’s going to be a summer to remember in Maidstone!

We’re joining in the fun at Lockmeadow inside Love Food by bringing you storytelling every Wednesday from August 10th – August 31st at 10.15am with food related themed stories!

Competition time – send us your creative poems about your favourite foods to be in with a chance of winning tickets to Gravity Trampoline Park and the ODEON Luxe cinema. The competition is open to children aged 3-11 with three winning age-group categories. Email entries with the subject header ‘Love Food Poetry Competition’, stating the age of the entrant and details for contact to: competition@maidstone.gov.uk
