Winter nights at Lockmeadow!

The clocks have gone back, it’s getting colder and Christmas is just around the corner. Don’t let the summer blues get you down, it’s a great time of year! Your favourite restaurants at Lockmeadow are switching out their light summer salads to warm and hearty meals that are sure to keep you full during these colder months. Just because it’s Winter doesn’t mean you have to stay inside and hibernate, there are plenty of fun activities at Lockmeadow for you and all the family!

Since it’s the season of giving, here’s our list of all the things you can do at Lockmeadow this winter:

Gourmet Burger Kitchen:

Forget about putting the baubles on your Christmas tree, give your seasons greetings to The Holy Smoke. The festive flavours are infused into burger by a Christmas tree smoked patty of 6oz beef, topped with crumbled and fried Camembert, truffle mayo, onion jam and baby spinach. If that isn’t the ultimate Christmas Burger then we don’t know what is!?

Odeon:

What is Winter without a Christmas film? No Christmas is complete without Disney taking over the box office. Mary Poppins Returns, comes back to our cinema screens on December 21st. For those looking for something more action packed then the next entry from DC, Aquaman, hits theatres on the 14th December. If that doesn’t get you excited, then our favourite Step Brothers, Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly are back with their latest comedy Holmes & Watson, in cinemas on the 26th of December. Frankie & Benny’s:

Why not spend Christmas at Frankie & Benny’s, their new festive menu has got something the whole family will enjoy. The Feathers have proudly hosted Christmas since 1799, which makes them pros in knowing how to make your festive season sparkle! Their festive menu caters to the whole family with starters like the Nach-ho-ho-hos and the Maple Flavoured Root Vegetable Soup. Their main dishes put a fun festive twist on the classics, why not treat your taste buds to an Xmess Burger or a Beetroot, Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Tart. But if you don’t want to stray away from these new editions they will still be serving up a Hand-carved Turkey and an 8oz Rump Steak.
